Shipping Policy

Cancellation: Please be aware that once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it, as it begins processing immediately. However, once your order arrives, you may contact our support team to initiate the return process. Upon returning your order, we can process a refund.

Priority/Insured Shipping: If you have selected Priority + Insured shipping, you will have the option to have your order reshipped or refunded if it is lost in transit. For orders placed using "Free Shipping" or "Priority Processing," we will reship your package if it is lost during transit.

Lost/Missing Packages: BroVise is not liable if an incorrect address is provided during the checkout process. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order at no additional charge.

Customs: We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent to one or more packages being shipped to you and potentially incurring customs fees upon arrival in your country.

Shipping Time: Shipping times vary by location. Below are our estimates:

  • United States: 7-15 business days
  • Canada, Europe: 7-15 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 7-15 business days
  • Central & South America: 15-25 business days

Tracking Information: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. However, sometimes tracking may not be available due to free shipping.

My Tracking Says "No Information Available at the Moment": For some shipping companies, it may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at BROVISE3000@gmail.com
